3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Diagnostic and repair pricing shown on our website is provided for general estimation purposes only. Your technician will always provide a specific, written quote based on your appliance’s make, model, and the parts and labor required — before any repair work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

Booking a request through our website or by phone reserves an appointment window but does not guarantee a specific arrival time. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you to confirm and, where possible, narrow your arrival window. Same-day availability depends on technician capacity in your area at the time of your request.

5. Warranty

Repairs completed by ProFixIQ are covered by our 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty from the date of service, covering the specific part(s) replaced and the labor performed for that repair. The warranty does not cover unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising after unauthorized third-party repairs.

6. SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from ProFixIQ regarding your service request, including appointment confirmations and status updates. 7. Limitation of Liability
